Objectives & Functions

To reach every student at the grassroots level with various types of scholarships at the Central as well as the State level.
To take appropriate action at the district level so that no student is deprived of scholarship.
Proper implementation of scholarships so that the students do not face any financial problem for further education.

The actual implementation of the plans in the education department is done through the head of the department in the field office and the staff officers under his supervision.
