Vision & Mission

Considering the representations received from time to time regarding non-plan roads, G.P. A plan for the repair and improvement of roads and rural roads and buildings owned by G.P. is prepared in accordance with the budgetary provisions. Budgets are submitted for administrative approval with the approval of the G.P. Subject Committee for the works in the plan according to the funds available as per the provisions.

Objectives & Functions

• Works suggested by people’s representatives, complaints/reports received from time to time, problems and other emergency situations as per instructions received from time to time by the Z.P. A PCI register is prepared by listing the required road works in priority order by road survey at the level.
• To carry out works from the funds under various schemes received from the government, according to the availability of funds and according to the criteria of the scheme, the necessary works are prepared according to the priority order in the PCI register.
• Estimates are submitted for administrative approval with the approval of the department concerned.
