Scheme under 20% of Social Welfare Department of Zilla Parishad
Under this scheme, bicycles are provided to students of classes 5th to 9th who have to walk to school due to distance from home or no other transportation facility is available.
Beneficiary:
The beneficiary should be from a backward class (SC/ST/VJ/BHJ/VIMAPR).

How To Apply
Application should be made to the District Social Welfare Officer, Z.P., Social Welfare Department through the Panchayat Samiti.
1. The beneficiary should be a backward class. (SC/ST/VJ/BHJ/VIMAPR), caste certificate should be there.
2. A student studying in class 5th to 9th
3. The distance between home and school should be at least 2 km. Certificate is required.
4. Ration card.
5. Below poverty line or annual income limit of Rs. 1,00,000/-
6. Gram Sabha selection resolution
7. Final selection through the Social Welfare Committee.
